DAY 16: Flowing Into Balance and Confidence
This is a great mini (30 mins) flow to get into headstand within a vinyasa flow. If you are new to headstands, when the headstand part comes along, move to in front of the wall and practice there. We'll have a short breathing exercise at the end.

Here's a 50 min long full body, strong vinyasa flow with head stand and a long savasana at the end. If you don't practice headstand at all, you can still have a go at this flow but simply skip the headstand bit. 🙂
