Move Freely
Enjoy a smooth, full body flow designed to help you move with ease and confidence. We’ll combine mobility, balance, strength, and breath through flowing transitions that leave the body feeling lighter and more connected.
Strength & Mobility Flow
This full body session focuses on the foundations that help keep the lower back happy and supported. We’ll strengthen the glutes and core, improve hip mobility, and gently stretch areas that commonly become tight from sitting.
Moving Just Because It Feels Good
Over the past few months, we've spent time creating more space in the body, improving flexibility, and building strength to support those new ranges of movement. We've worked steadily, one step at a time, and hopefully you've started to notice small changes along the...
Move Better, Feel Better
In this practice, we’ll combine strength and mobility to help your body move more comfortably. The flow targets the glutes, core, hips, and spine, creating a balanced practice that supports everyday movement.
Stronger Back, Stronger Body
This full body flow is designed to support and protect your lower back through gentle strengthening and mobility work. We’ll focus on glutes and core strength while also creating space through the hips and hamstrings.
Building Strength with More Ease
After spending May focusing on flexibility and opening through the hips and hamstrings, June feels like a natural next step. This month inside the membership, the theme is Strengthen What’s Open. Because once the body starts to move a little more freely, we also need...
Splits Challenge – Day 7 – Full Body Front Splits Flow
This full-body practice brings together everything we’ve worked on throughout the challenge. We’ll move through a balanced sequence to open, strengthen, and support the body for front split prep.
Splits Challenge – D6 – Quad Release
If the front of the thighs and hips tend to feel tight in split prep, this practice will really help. We’ll slow things down and focus on releasing the quads and opening the front body in a gentle, supportive way.
Splits Challenge – D5 – Dynamic Mobility Flow
This class is all about creating a bit more freedom through the hips and the whole body. We’ll include dynamic hip movements, mobility work, and some upper body opening to help everything feel less stiff and more fluid.
Splits Challenge – D4 – Glute and Core Strength
Front splits need more than flexibility, they also need support. In this class, we’ll focus on glute and core strength to help you feel more stable and connected in your split prep.
Splits Challenge – D3 – Hamstring Strength and Stretch
This class focuses on the front leg side of front splits, with a mix of hamstring stretching, active mobility, and strength. Rather than only folding forward, we’ll work on building more support and control in the range too.
