Beginners
Strength & Mobility Flow
This full body session focuses on the foundations that help keep the lower back happy and supported. We’ll strengthen the glutes and core, improve hip mobility, and gently stretch areas that commonly become tight from sitting.
Move Better, Feel Better
In this practice, we’ll combine strength and mobility to help your body move more comfortably. The flow targets the glutes, core, hips, and spine, creating a balanced practice that supports everyday movement.
Stronger Back, Stronger Body
This full body flow is designed to support and protect your lower back through gentle strengthening and mobility work. We’ll focus on glutes and core strength while also creating space through the hips and hamstrings.
Splits Challenge – D6 – Quad Release
If the front of the thighs and hips tend to feel tight in split prep, this practice will really help. We’ll slow things down and focus on releasing the quads and opening the front body in a gentle, supportive way.
Splits Challenge – D2 – Hip Flexor and Quad Stretch
If the back leg feels tight in front split prep, this class is for you. We’ll focus on opening the front body, especially the hip flexors and quads, to help create more space and comfort.
Splits Challenge – D1 – Foundation Stretch
If you’re working towards front splits and want a simple place to begin, this class will help you open the main areas involved. We’ll gently stretch the hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, hips, and glutes to start building more ease in the body.
Slow Balance Transitions
This short flow focuses on improving balance by slowing down the transitions between poses. Instead of holding shapes for a long time, we repeat simple movements to build control and confidence.
Standing Glute Strength
This standing flow builds glute strength in a practical and accessible way. The sequence includes simple transitions and controlled movements to support the hips and lower back
Glutes for Lower Back
This short practice focuses on strengthening the glutes to help support the lower back. The movements are grounded and steady, allowing you to build strength without putting pressure on the spine.
Day 7 – Deep Support for a Comfortable Back
This final class focuses on the deeper stabilising muscles that support the whole spine. The movements are subtle and controlled, with an emphasis on steady breathing. We’ll be only working on TA, Transverse Abdominis muscle.
Back Basics – Day 6 – Upper Back Strength & Support
This flow brings attention to the upper back and posture. We’ll work with an awareness around the shoulders and upper spine.
